Hey, y’all my name is Xavier and I’m currently looking to move into NYC by September 1st. I have a rent maximum+utilities at 1650. A little bit about me is I currently work in the fintech industry in Midtown (good credit + stable job for rent). I love movies, comics, and I listen to Anderson Paak, Kanye, Brent Faiyaz, Frank Ocean, Kendrick Lamar and Tame Impala. Call me Jaden Smith because I care about the political and economic state of the world (hehe but seriously social issues are very important to me). I’m looking to move to places in Brooklyn/Queens that don’t have a crazy commute into Manhattan (Clinton Hill/Bed Stuy Area, Prospect Heights, Williamsburg, Park Slope, Gowanus, Greenpoint, and Astoria). I’m LGBTQ friendly &420 friendly (in your own room). I’m looking for roommates (1-2 roommates) or an open room. Something I’m looking for in a roommates
1) Respect each other’s space and schedules
2) Clean (No dirty dishes, willing to have a cleaning schedule/keep common spaces clean, keep apartment pest free)

4) Cool with having guests as long as everyone agrees
