Hey Denver, I'm Jeremy! I'm 28, and I've called this city home for three years now. While I love my current setup with my two cats, I'm eager to make more connections and save on rent, so I'm on the hunt for a new living arrangement. My passions include video games, Dungeons & Dragons, movies, and anime.

My current lease wraps up at the end of June, so I'm ready to make a move for a somewhat long-term situation and am absolutely willing to sign a lease. I work in the service industry downtown in LoDo, which means I'm often working weekends and might not get home until after midnight sometimes. I'm ideally looking for something closer to $1,300 or less as I'm focused on saving.

I tend to be pretty quiet and rarely have friends over, but I'm completely fine with guests and enjoy a home with some background music or noise. My two cats are indoor, sweet, and well-behaved, and it's easy to keep our space clean with them – they're a non-negotiable part of my family!

I'm inherently clean and communicative. Beyond that, I truly value flexibility, financial stability, and the ability to find a balance and overcome disagreements respectfully. I'm excited for this next chapter and am committed to fostering a respectful, healthy, and fun home environment.
