I have two unfurnished 11 x 13 upstairs rooms available in a quiet, well maintained home. These rooms share a dedicated full bathroom (I use the primary bedroom bathroom). This setup is ideal for two friends moving together, a parent/child duo, or two separate individuals with feminine energy seeking a calm and respectful living environment.

I am offering these at a rate of $700/month flat per room (Note: If one party/family rents both rooms together, the total is $1,300/month flat) This covers Rent, Google Fiber Internet, Water/Sewage, Gas, Electric, Trash.

There is shared access to the kitchen, living/dining rooms, laundry in the basement, and a screened in back porch. I have an oversized driveway that can fit up to 8 cars. There is also plenty of additional street parking available for guests when needed.

Located in a safe, established neighborhood near 350 Hwy and Raytown Rd.
10 minute drive to GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium & Kauffman Stadium
20-25 minutes from Downtown Kansas City

I’m the homeowner and live on-site. I work in the office M-F (7 AM – 5 PM) with occasional work-from-home days. I’m laid back and value a tidy, peaceful home. I enjoy plants, arts/craft, and a good laugh with my friends.

I’m looking for someone who treats the home with respect and enjoys quiet hours after 11 PM on weekdays. I’m down for some weekend socializing, provided we’re respectful of the neighbors. No smoking inside please.
