For a bit about me, I'm working a stable job downtown for Amazon, and I often spend my time on developing a skillset towards becoming a front end engineer. I'm also a composer and a gamer, which I tend to split my time on when I'm not working or learning. I do tend to hibernate a lot in my room, but I actively look for every opportunity to leave it to do things with others.

Hey there!
I'm Allan, and will require a second person to fill a spare room in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment along Thorndyke Ave, in Magnolia, Seattle! I'm on the search due to my current roommate's plans to move to Texas by May 16th! :)
Conveniently located within 10 minutes of downtown Seattle (by car), and also adjacent to Ballard/ Queen Anne. The neighborhood is upscale and basically sits on a big hill, and has many grocery stores conveniently located in the area (for those who drive, walking would take you 15 or so minutes to reach the closest two grocery stores). There is a bus stop directly outside of the building to easily go downtown or north to Ballard/ Greenlake/ U-District. Street parking is available, and usually allows you to park somewhere in front of the building!
At minimum, I would like someone who has a level of respect towards meeting their payments on time (including rent as well as internet, water, and electric bills). While I wouldn't always (strictly depending on the person) bar someone for this, it would be preferred that they have savings, which would be enough to prove to me that they are prepared for worst case scenarios. The building is close by a rail yard, but the noise has not been too bad, in my experience.
Give me a message if you're interested and we can discuss details over a call at some point. For tenancy requirements, please refer to the page below. If you don't meet all the requirements 100%, it won't necessarily disqualify you! Call me and we'll discuss things further!
