Older single woman seeks quiet roommate for my spare room. Boulder is very expensive and very desirable. Home is across from Valmont Bike/Skate/Dog park and disk golf in another direction. On the bus lines and only a few miles to downtown. Home is clean, quiet, with one cat. Nice back yard. Room is sunny and has desk, bed and large closet. Sheets and towels furnished.
