Available Room for Rent

Hi friends!

I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease! The lease would be about 5 months (until March 14th, 2024) and we need a new tenant by the end of this month! The room will be open by November :))

Your share of the rent/utilities/Wi-Fi would come out to about $1,450! (Your portion of rent would be $1,297.50– this is just a generous estimate to show how much rent may come out to be) This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment on the second floor! All appliances are updated. You’d get your own bathroom & the balcony storage as well as the hallway closet.

* you would need to replace my name on the lease & pay a $1,297.50 security deposit

The only downside is we would share a parking spot but there’s a bunch of street parking! My current roommate and I switch off every week & there’s issues. The laundry is downstairs (not in unit). We live in Mira Mesa by everything you need!

The living room & your room will be unfurnished so you can add whatever you’d like ❤
