Hi, I'm Paul! I'm a designer who just graduated from Pratt with my MFA in Interior Design. Originally from Boston MA, I've been living in East Williamsburg for the past 4 years. I'm living in a 4 BR with 2 roommates currently - one is moving at the end of the lease so looking to fill his room! At the moment, we've been able to keep one room open as an office/guest BR/storage which has been extremely helpful.
I graduated Midd in 2016 (majored in Environmental Studies and Econ) and was a swimmer during my time there. Really into running, hiking, yoga (basically any way to stay moving). Did crossfit for a bit and have tried my hand at a number of sports/exercise routines etc. I'm definitely an audiophile and have a growing vinyl collection that I like to explore after work/on weekends.
I'm easy going and respectful and like to get to know the people I live with. Generally pretty quiet during the week but down to have a good time on the weekend. Always open to having people over and looking forward to making new friends in Brooklyn!

Looking for a new roommate at a very sunny apartment in East Williamsburg (near Sternberg Park). I've been in the building for 3 years now and one of my roommates is moving so my roommate, Andrew, and I are looking to fill the room! The building is great - everyone is very nice (we all know each other and like to hang out) and the apartment is in good shape and well maintained.
We have a pretty large private roof deck in addition to a shared roof space, both of which are used a lot. Andrew and I enjoy having people over on weekends, so someone social would be a plus, but definitely respectful when privacy is preferred. The common spaces are furnished but open room is not furnished. We also keep the fourth bedroom open as a shared office space, which we all use 2-3 days a week. The room will be open as of July 1. Rent seems to be significantly lower than adjacent buildings as this is a rent stabilized building.
