Allegra B - $1,800/month

I'm 28 from Washington DC but grew up in Argentina and China. My background is in international development / sustainability comms and I'm currently doing my master's at Columbia.

I normally work from home in the morning and am out all afternoon/evening since my classes are at 6pm. I'm into yoga, running when it's warm out, and cooking, and am a social person (I usually go out on the weekends).

I am very respectful and value cleanliness (but not a clean freak), and have always lived with 2-3 roommates. I'm looking for a positive and friendly/homey environment where we can coexist well and have a nice vibe in the apartment, but also do our own thing.

Most importantly, I'm looking for an apartment/bedroom with natural light and windows that don't face a building :)
