Parker S - $2,400/month

I'm an early 30s guy moving from LA back to the East Coast. I grew up in Charlotte, NC and went to Emory University for undergrad, playing tennis and basketball. After college, I lived in DC for a few years before moving to Boston to get my MBA. I've been working at Sweetgreen in LA for the last year but am now moving to NYC to start a new job.

I'm looking for roommates that are social and easygoing, but also clean and respectful. I like living in a place where you can relax during the week, maybe watch a game or cook. On the weekends, I prefer being social and going out, and hope to occasionally have people over for dinner or drinks. Most of my time is spent either out with friends or playing squash and running. Also, I'm an avid Carolina sports fan in spite of never winning.
