This house has 2 stories, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 3 living rooms, and close to 2300 sq ft. For the price, this place is a crazy good deal!
- Utilities should be between $120-160 per person on average.
The house has a large backyard and the HOA provides a pool as well. Most of the common space furniture will already be here, but I also hope to reimagine those spaces together. Fresh start and all.
