There is availability for either 1 roommate at $1500/month or 2 roommates at $1000/month. Washer and dryer in unit. Back yard space with fire pit and grill. Eat-in-kitchen with dishwasher, heated floors, large bedrooms and living room, all recently renovated. If your only 1, the 3rd unoccupied room could be used for office, storage or guest room.
Neighbourhood: Oak Square is a quiet neighborhood with lots of amenities- several bus stops for transit into the city, a gym with 500 feet, lots of healthy and delicious take out options, coffee shops, barber shops, etc.
Rent price: $1500/month for 1
$1000/month for 2 roommates joining together
Will need to confirm with landlords on lease/first and last month rent/deposit
Couples: couples are also ok but would discuss pricing together

32 year old Working professional in downtown as well as from home each week. He is pretty low key, friendly, sociable and considerate. He enjoys traveling, being active, listening to music, cooking, watching sports.
