I am a queer person looking for a place to live when I turn 18, I could stay living with my mom but she moved to Georgia and I’d prefer not to stay here. My dad has agreed to help me get set up so no worries about a safety deposit or down payment.
Reasons I’d be a good roommate:
I never play music or videos out loud (unless I ask first)
I will always clean a bathroom after I’ve used it
I will always clean up after myself if I make or eat food
I won’t bring people back to the place unless we’ve agreed that it’s okay
I’m 420 and tobacco friendly
I don’t mind pets, dogs, cats, snakes, birds, doesn’t matter to me as long as you take care of them, and if you ask I’ll probably take care of them if you need it
Cons of me as a roommate:
I have chronic migraines that are extremely painful and exhibit different symptoms, sometimes I get really sensitive to lights and need to be in a dark room alone
I can be a little annoying as I like to talk and will info dump about my recent hyperfixations
I love making things, I’ll sew, knit, draw, paint, mold clay, pretty much anything, I can promise to be careful with art supplies but I can’t guarantee I won’t spill or break something.
I tend to collect things, stuffed animals, sketch books, posters, so I may have many things
