Rent is $850/ month flat and includes pool access, pest control, wifi, and utilities. Greatly sized kitchen and laundry room, a separate FURNISHED living room w/smart TV provided upstairs. Home is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located next to major highways and roads, only minutes from UCF, Barry University and Full Sail University. Asking for at least 6 months (renewable lease). All current roommates are female, clean, and to themselves. No pets in the home.
