Roommate in 2 bed 2 bath home!

My name is Kate and I am subleasing a room, the roommate would be Shawn. Here is his message!

Hey y'all! I have a 2 bed x 2 bath house near Balcones Heights/Woodlawn Lake and am looking for a roommate to fill the other room as I also live here. The house was completely renovated in 2020, giving it a really nice look on the inside and out (see pics below). The house has a very open floor plan around the kitchen, dinning area, and living room. All of the appliances are completely new and were installed after the renovation. I live in the master room, however the second bedroom is close in size. There is also an workout-weight/yoga/laundry room that has some weights and yoga mats in it that you're free to use.

The house is located a mile and a half from I-10 so it makes getting around San Antonio really easy. It’s located 5 minutes from St. Mary’s University, 5 miles (13 minutes) from The Pearl, 15 minutes from UT San Antonio (UTSA), 7 miles (13 minutes) from the Riverwalk, and 12 minutes from the San Antonio Airport. ⁃ I like to keep my room and joint spaces clean at all times
⁃ Love being outdoors
⁃ Marathon runner
- Just formed a nonprofit to help get kids into running and running shoes
⁃ I study most days, but enjoy going out on the weekends

I would prefer to have someone who is in their 20’s so that we are interested in the similar things. I am looking to rent the open room for $850/month (that INCLUDES utilities). The room is available ASAP. Please message me if you are interested and we can talk more!
