Hi my name is Mike, I am 42 year old finance executive and practicing Catholic. I have an amazing apartment at 1140 N Wells Street in Old Town it is a two bedroom apartment which I have been living in for about a year. I'm finding it's too much space for me and rent is expensive I am paying on average $4,000 per month.
I am looking for someone to share the space with for 33% of the monthly rent. That person would have their own room that has a view of the swimming pool/hot tub and outdoor grilling and BB!Q area, and a large private bathroom.
We have an in unit full size washer and dryer, Sub Zero refrigerators, gas range stove. near floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors and a large balcony that faces west catching a perfect sunset.
I have a dog named Lola who is 23 pounds , she is super cute, black and white and has spots. She is also super friendly and loving, so the right person should be comfortable getting attention from her every time she walks through the door.
