-Gay male "professional" (Whatever that really means) works in hospitality
-Restricted on the weekends due to his work hours, but loves going to shows when he can, exploring the city, and thrift store shopping (We live a block from the Salvation Army!)
Ashley:
-Straight female "professional" works in tech (Because I'm original)
-Goes to a lot of music festivals and likes to plan fun events in the city when not working (Probably pays the light bill at Audio)
-We are both VERY easy going - you must be also
-While we don't really have "parties" at our apartment we definitely have a lot of fun (even if it's just the 2 of us) and are not afraid to invite a few friends over for pre or post gaming.
-Sometimes that fun just means sitting on the couch and watching really bad movies (Only because Steven has bad taste)

OUR PLACE:
-Looking to fill 1 private bedroom with closet (apartment is 3 bedrooms total)
-We only have 1 bathroom, but the shower and toilet are split so it's never an issue
-Washer and dryer are outside the back door - we share with 3 other apartments, but also has never really been an issue (way better than walking down the street somewhere)
-Ashley has a real cat named Goober & Steven has a porcelain dog named Bernard (Both pictured in our ad - Bernard is a little more well behaved for obvious reasons)
-We would describe our apartment as very SF, very mission, and very homey
-We have one long hallway that is lined with mostly vintage art from various thrift stores - one of our highlights
ABOUT YOU:
-Easy going - we are fun, you must be too
-You don't take yourself too seriously because we won't either
-Don't mind music being played around the apartment
-Don't work from home (Unless you are okay with working in your room because we don't have the space for a desk, etc.)
-Extra points if you like going to shows (House music mostly)
-Ashley would love it if you joined a gym with her! (Or helped motivate her to go to yours)
