Hello, my friend and I are both recent UCLA grads with full time jobs. We are looking to move to downtown LA near Flower St. We are looking for either a woman, gay man, or gender non-binary/nonconforming roommate. Ideally you would be between 20-30yrs old also with a job. We are fairly laid back, we like to drink and smoke weed socially. No cigarettes inside the apartment, smoking outside okay. We like to hike, paint, cook, watch TV etc. You would share a room directly with me and my friend would have her own bedroom. All common areas would be furnished, you would just need a bed.
