Hey everyone! My roommates and I are currently living in Costa Mesa in a really cute and homey complex. We are looking for a fourth roomie to join us! A little bit about the space is that it’s a shared room. The bathroom is inside the room (very spacious), you’ll have your own full size closet. Lease is month to month.

Move in date ideally before the end of June but we are flexible

2 pools, club house, pickleball and tennis courts, complex events are thrown too in May and August. It’s a private company so they’re pretty flexible with things. Parking is never an issue either just park in any uncovered spot and there is 24/7 security walking the premises
