I have a 2 Bedroom Condo on the 2nd floor, located in Mesa, AZ. In addition to a furnished private bedroom and bathroom, towels, sheets, blanket, night stand, dresser, bed with comfortable Sealy mattress, you have a dedicated parking space, use of a community pool and the use of the common areas in the condo i.e., kitchen (dishes, silverware, pots and pans) and living room. I also have a balcony off of the living room. I have central A/C, dishwasher, Internet and an in-unit washer/dryer. The shared Internet (500GB/s with a wifi 6E device) and Electric are included with your rent.

The condo is located on Guadalupe Road between Alma School Road and Arizona Avenue. This location is close to Chandler and Tempe, 10 minutes to the 101, 5 minutes to the US 60, 15 minutes to the Price Corridor tech/financial companies, 15 minutes to Tempe Town Lakes tech/financial companies and 15 miles southeast of Downtown Phoenix. There are a lot of restaurants, gyms and stores close to the condo. Basically, we have all of the amenities you’d want in a quiet condo complex.

I am a 29-year-old professional guy that works from home and enjoys camping and the outdoors. Since I work from home, I need to have things relatively quiet Monday thru Friday, generally from 9am to 6pm (occasionally I have to assist my clients a bit longer but that’s not the norm). I’m not into loud music and parties. I keep the condo very clean and tidy. Sorry, no pets.

Looking for a professional, respectful, considerate, neat male roommate who is responsible about rent and bills (we split everything in 1/2 each for common cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc.). It is greatly appreciated if my roommate cleans up after himself and is willing to thoroughly clean the condo with me once a month. Perfect for a young professional who works outside of the home, does not party late or let people come over and/or sleep over without roommate’s permission (especially because of Covid).

The 1 Bedroom will be available on or before November 1st for a 6-month lease, renewable for another 6 months if both parties agree. 1st month’s rent and a security deposit/last month’s rent is due upon signing the lease. References and a background are required to seal the deal.
