I am an exceptionally clean, Monday - Friday Professional. I am past the party phase. If you're still getting stoned nightly, I would be a bad choice as a roommate.

evicted previous roommate due to noise and mess. I take pride in keeping my home clean in appearance and odor. Save us both some time and pass me by if : you are a slob, criminal, can't keep your hands off others food/drink, or don't understand what a reasonable volume level is for music/movies.

Living room and kitchen are fully furnished with everything necessary to cook including small appliances (Air Fryer, instant pot, toaster oven, crock pot, etc)

Honestly if you're a responsible adult who's respectful this is a fantastic opportunity.
