Private Room/Shared Bathroom for Rent

The room is comfortable, cozy, extremely clean and located in an established quiet neighborhood. You can call this place home... This is a private room (with a Full Size Bed...you must have your own linen, etc.) You will share a bathroom with another roomie, and therefore, you must be tidy/clean and easy to get along with. I will consider renting to you if you have had an eviction, IF you have a solid and stable work history and proof of ability to pay rent…We would have to talk about this further to see if I am willing to take the risk and the stipulations of the risk. No promises…but willing to discuss…

You will have access to common areas (kitchen/living room). Utilities are included in the room price, as is the WiFi. There is a washer and dryer in the home that can be used once a week.

No smoking of any kind is permitted in the house or on the property; this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vaping, hookah, etc. I am Not 420 Friendly. No pets of any kind.

No overnight guests permitted. No couples. This is a one-person room only! No parties, loud music, etc.

This space is a great place for a mature person, traveling nurse or other traveling professionals, a person that is in transition to their next level, super clean/neat, focused, goal oriented, etc. You must have proof of employment and proof of income or you must be able to pay several months of rent in advance. A background check is required as is a rental application. Mandatory Documents/Information: *proof of income *references *Valid Identification (Drivers License, State ID).
