Hello, We are currently looking for a roommate (female would be ideal) Shared hallway bath with female. Move-in would be September. Located in the Noho Arts district. Private room in 3bd condo. We are two working professionals with passions. We respect and honor creativity, but need a very dependable third party who can fulfill commitments. Spacious layout and closet, AC, garbage disposal, clean, friendly neighborhood, tandem garage 2 spot parking. Within walking distance to metro Redline, grocery stores and restaurants/bars. Applicants must be clean! We value keeping the place tidy for each other. Must be prompt, financially reliable, honest and have good credit. Application deadline is mid Aug, Move-in early Sept
Ideally, another performer/dancer or yogi would be the best fit, but applicant must be willing to live with an operatic singer/ stand-up comic who practices regularly. The third roommate is very kind and has a great sense of humor. She works as a laboratory researcher and enjoys riding her motorcycle. She sometimes requires extra attention to her health and needs a peaceful space to get sufficient rest. Must be drama-free with suitable communication skills and motivated by their passions, preferably older, (closer to mid 30’s like us). A sense of humor would also be valued.
