Affordable room in Friendly Home

We're looking for a responsible, kind, and considerate roommate to join our friendly household! The available room is 12x11 feet, unfurnished, and includes a closet and a window with a view of the front yard. Rent is $550/month with a $750 deposit. Utilities (electricity, water, Wi-Fi) are split evenly among all four roommates.

This is a brand-new two-story home. The room is located upstairs, along with the other bedrooms and a shared bathroom (shared with one other person). Common areas downstairs include a modern kitchen, cozy living room, and a backyard. In-unit washer and dryer are also located upstairs for your convenience.

House rules: no smoking, no pets, no drugs, no nailing walls, and quiet hours from 10pm to 10am. Overnight guests are allowed once a week with common courtesy.

The home is located in a quiet, developing neighborhood with exciting amenities on the way, including a community pool, gym, basketball court, and park.

Current residents are a friendly couple and one other male - LGBT friendly, all between 18–22 with full-time jobs. We’re looking for someone who’s respectful, tidy, and easygoing. If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you!
