Moving to New York for work, I've visited quite a few times and spent a couple of months there last summer so I'm not too new to the city. Generally I'm a pretty clean and social guy.

I'll be working from the office so I won't be home from 8:30-5:30ish and then will probably go to the gym after that. So on weekdays I'll be generally out of your hair for the most part in case you're working from home.
