I currently work from 4pm-11 pm at bonefish grill. I am clean especially because i have pets and outdoor allergies. I am a peaceful roommate who is 420 friendly and sober from alcohol. I dont mind smoking outside the residence, however I cant room with someone whos a massive drinker at the house, just personal preference. I do have a rabbit who is the sweetest cuddle bug, she lives in my room and rarely ventures the house. I also have a new kitten just a few months old. They are my babies so I need a roommate who will enjoy their company. As far as damage to furniture neither of my pets are big liabilities and are very clean peaceful babies. Im not extremely obsessive over house cleanliness but i dont want to live with a snob either. I prefer living with females or femme people. Im queer friendly! Most days i will be studying, cooking, cleaning, or at work. I dont mind being social or having guests over. I like my private space but im not exactly a "we just split the rent idk them" kinda person.
