Two private bedrooms are available in a charming three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse near Tanasbourne. This townhouse has a small backyard, an in-unit washer and dryer, and an attached garage. Utilities will be split three ways, and including internet generally total under $50/month per person. Photos are from the property management company website since the property is currently in the process of being moved out of. This will be a month-to-month lease takeover with the ability to resign in April for a year-long lease. The current tenants are leaving their deposit, so in less you have pets a deposit will not be necessary. There are breed restrictions, and I can provide the full list if needed.
