About Me

How goes it Broward??
Apart from what is already listed, I've been in the state for about a year, am slowly entering the mariner industry with the goal of staying with it for at least a decade, and have concluded Ft. Lauderdale doesn’t have a single comparison for a better place to be regarding that future. I've traveled through 36 states otherwise, hope to be fluent in German and Spanish within the coming years, and am usually completely comfortable and confident holding a conversation with anyone of any back round.

I love dogs as much as seeing open water or being in a forest, don't want a new friend as much as a responsible roommate who respects space but wants to split a bottle of Jameson at the end of the month and make sure everything is working out, am open to limited leases, ideally looking for a place between Las Olas and Davie sometime starting April to June, but so long as it's in eastern Ft. Lauderdale, I'm open to completely renovating a shack and starting a garden for four.

I have a truck 5-passenger truck that can tow 7,000lbs, a pressure washer, air compressor, paint gun, and just about any other tool you can imagine needing if you know of a place that needs to be fixed up, an actual and digital library that would make your grandparents jealous, about 50,000+ songs and some 400 vinyls, a TV almost as wide as I am tall if you wanted me to set up a small media center with all of it combined for a few others to enjoy, am proficient with Linux--the same that I doubtlessly have scores of programs that could make your life easier or business endless amounts more productive--am old enough to only need to appreciate younger mistakes, can dance better than anyone at the bar I'll rarely want to go to, and am only looking for the safest, most prosperous/productive, and ultimately best-chosen mutually beneficial one-to-three-to-six-month stay while I figure out how a new industry works.

I’m resourceful, well-dressed, down for hiking or to head out to a lake any time it was possible, don't mind different cultures or niche interests so long as we're making rent on time, would ideally like to live with a person who was engaged in a healthy lifestyle, and because of the chosen industry, a person who understands how schedules work being out to sea for unknown amounts of time. I have the means to pay any stay outright, but a great credit score otherwise, and will always value people who say what they mean. $2000+ split between two can go a long way in Florida, and I'm here to help you in any way I can.

Doubtlessly hoping to hear back from someone sincere, organized, clean, industrious, creative, or even just enthusiastic as soon as that’s convenient on your end.

- A privilege to be considered. All the best to you
