I like to stay busy, and hope to build a career here as a skilled carpenter. At this point, I lack the license, but want to work toward that. I have experience from Indiana, but cannot transfer it to licensing authority here. I love to design projects, and can engineer a good building project as well as doing the carpentry and other work required.

I am an army vet, with PTSD. I am a trans person identifying as female. I am in a relationship at the serious dating level. I would love to find another trans or queer person to share the rent at this apartment. I would be the building manager, in charge of maintenance and repair.

I love dogs and other animals, but have allergies to cats.

I am ADHD, and may have multiple projects going at once. This may mean that the apartment might be full of equipment. though there is a basement where I would probably set up a workshop and keep tools there. But you need to know that I can get messy. Be honest and tell me to clean things up if it gets too much.
