REQUIREMENTS TO MOVE IN:
- Available for ONE person only.

- Able to maintain the place decently clean and free of trash.
- We have a cleaning lady that will clean just the bathroom for $45 once a month (this is to ensure bathroom and common areas are well maintained).
- There are roommate guidelines in order to have an amicable and comfortable place for the household.
