We are a 45-42 gay couple who share custody of a 7 year old. We are exceptionally clean and keep everything that way so you get an idea. We have a husky that remains outside 100% of the time. . We are all down to earth clean friendly people when at home as aside from regular job we have a photo business so never at home on Saturdays during peak season.

STUDIO LOFT/House AMENITIES:
- Fully furnished (there is not much room for additional furniture, unless small pieces).
- Big Master bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet
- Open area room for TV room and Kitchenette/dining area.
- Kitchenette has stove-top, fridge, sink, microwave (no oven, no dishwasher)
- Security Cameras
- All utilities and high speed 1GB internet are included
- Off street parking
- The entrance to the loft is closed out with tempered glass windows and a packet door by entrance upstairs
REQUIREMENTS TO MOVE IN:
- Available for ONE person only.
- NO PETS
- NO SMOKING
- $500 deposit.
- Criminal Background check
- Copy of ID
- Rent due the first of the month. Prorated if moved before the 1st.
- Able to maintain the place decently clean and free of trash.
- We have a cleaning lady that will clean just the bathroom for $45 once a month (this is to ensure bathroom and common areas are well maintained).
- There are roommate guidelines in order to have an amicable and comfortable place for the household.
