+ The backyard includes a fire pit and patio furniture.

Price:

1,500$ + down deposit

Price includes:

Rent + all utilities (water, sewer, trash, gas, electricity and high speed internet)
Cleaners 2x a month

Other notes:

Cats are acceptable
Small – medium size dogs are acceptable
We would prefer a single induvial move in, but totally open to a couple or two friends
House, other than the two rooms, are fully furnished
We are smoke free
Both my fiancé and I are quiet and don’t party too much and keep things quiet
