Available Room for Rent

Hi! We are looking for 1 roommate, to move into our 4 bed, 3 bath townhouse with us! It’s located in Littleton, rent would be around $1000 + utilities. We’re looking for someone that wants to move in end of May - June 1st. Preferably female but open to all genders, LGBTQ+ friendly!!

You’d have your own room with a huge closet, as well as a bathroom down the hall.

Community amenities: There is a clubhouse with a small indoor pool, hot tub, gym, and pool tables. We live in a quiet, walkable area. There are many parks and places to be outside around us. Downtown Littleton is only a couple miles away, while downtown Denver is about 20 minutes away.

What we’re looking for in a roommate: We’d love someone that enjoys trying new things, lake days paired with pina coladas, movie/ craft nights, hosting dinner parties, and overall wants to create a little family within our home.
