I’m an open minded, peaceful person who likes to make compromises where there’s disagreements. I’m really flexible and can work with whatever. I’m not picky with noise or anything like that as long as we respect each other’s spaces. I like to record music from time to time but it’s usually not that loud. I’m cool with pets and smoking and drinking as long as we pick up after ourselves at a timely manner. I’m pretty clean tbh but I don’t care how clean you are as long as common areas are clean
