My name is Joseph and I currently live in Colorado and I'm a finance professional. I've currently accepted a new job in downtown West Palm Beach and I'm looking for a female roomate. Although I'm straight I can relate much easier to females and typically prefer to have female friends. I'm extremely clean and maintain the highest standards of hygiene! I'm a runner and typically wake up early for morning runs, however I'm extremely quiet in the mornings and will not wake anyone up during this time. I'm a homebody, I enjoy watching movies, listening to music, with the occasional night out for dinner. I'm currently single and extremely picky and I can assure you there is no worries about bringing random females to the apartment as I maintain a busy schedule with little time for nonsense. Why don't I just rent my own apartment? In addition to finance I'm a crypto-trader and I prefer to save money to use for trading. When I live alone I tend to work too much so I prefer to have a roommate that I can socialize with and hopefully enjoy each others company.
