Hello!! My name is Shayla, and I am looking for two roommates for a charming ranch with a big yard in Cherokee woods located in Matthews. Looking for female roommates only, no pets, no smokers. The ideal roommates would be clean and kind and respectful. The master bedroom with attached bathroom will be rented out at 850 a month (includes utilities). The 2nd bedroom has a shared bathroom (will be shared with me) but separate sinks so we will have our own space for makeup and things like that. It will be rented out at 700 a month (includes utilities). Rent will be paid directly to landlord. Everyone will have to submit separate applications to the landlord. One year lease. I have an emotional support golden doodle named Honey, (approved by landlord) she’s a very sweet girl. This 3 bedroom house is located just a short drive from Publix, Harris Teeter, Target, Starbucks, Fitness Connection and many other places, so it is a very convenient location. It is approximately 30 minutes from Wingate university, UNC Charlotte and CPCC, around 40 mins from Johnson C smith and about 15-20 mins from SPCC for any college students like myself. This house is currently under contract with a new owner and is scheduled to close on October 7th. Lease will likely begin on October 15th. These pictures are borrowed from listing.
