2 bed/2 bath 1,008 square foot renovated apartment with no carpet and crown molding. You would have your own room with private bathroom attached. Both rooms have ceiling fans. There is an extra spacious walk in closet in the hall with places to hang clothes and a shelf going all the way around if you need more space than the closet that is in the room. There’s a balcony facing trees which gives complete privacy. Beautiful large, very clean cabana style pool with grills and gym. Residents can also sign out bicycles for free which I think is so nice. The $718 rent amount includes WiFi and all other utilities except electric. Electric is separate, but the total is usually only between $80-$120 during the summer and much less in the winter and obviously we would split that down the middle
