Housemate wanted

Ranch style home. You can park in the driveway. The room is roughly 13.5 by 12 plus a closet. Bath is across the hall. I can do furnished or unfurnished. I'm open to negotiating things like that and even the lease terms. I would ideally like to find someone for long term consistency. When I'm not at work I am usually home and cook most meals at home. So there will be free smells coming from the kitchen often. I enjoy sharing and breaking bread. There is a grill and smoker on the lower deck and a screened in patio upper. I have free weights and a top of the line cable machine that has many functions. Really nice Samsung washer and dryer. Big screen tv in common area with many options included; Youtube TV, Prime Video and Peacock with Netflix coming soon. I rotate them around. Price is all inclusive (internet, utilities) Anything else just ask...
