I have a 3BR/2.5BA home in a nice community near Cowabunga Bay Waterpark. Only my cat and I live in the house. Looking to rent out one of the other rooms to offset expenses. I am on a month-to-month lease and have lived in the house for two years.
I'm very easy going and work in data analysis. I work from home 2-3 days a week. I'm pretty active. Enjoy running, playing pickleball, watching sports, and listening to all kinds of music. Looking for someone with a clean record that's easy to get along with like me :)
