The room has a high quality queen-size bed (you just need your own pillows), It's on the opposite side of the house from my bedroom. All utilities, cable and wireless internet included (equivalent to $300). Use of large bathroom with ample cupboard/ drawer space, and tub/shower and also just off the bedroom. Also includes privileges for laundry (I provide the detergents, etc.), dining room and kitchen (fully equipped with everything you need - except your food).

I do most of the housekeeping and all the yard work.

Best Suited for Temporary Resident of Three to Six Months Duration.

House is two-story, in subdivision off Old Baltimore Pike and Elkton Rd in safe, secluded, quiet, friendly, heavily-treed neighborhood. Close to University of Delaware, Christiana Hospital and Christiana Mall plus lots of parks, hiking, walking as well as stores/ shops, restaurants and bus stops. Quick access to I-95.
