I have a lovely 2bd 2bathroom condo sitting on the lake with pano lake views! My building is right next to a park and includes Gym access. You will have a bathroom for yourself and a large bedroom with great closet space.
About Me:
I work full time and am working towards a savings goal so would love to share my space with a new roomie this year. I rarely have guests over besides my partner of 2 years, and if I did you would have advance notice. I am someone who keeps to myself but love trying new restaurants and events. I am not that great of a cook, so try to keep meals simple. I do have wine and liquor handy, but don't drink to get drunk. Just to relax after work.
My Future Roomie:
I am looking for someone who is either a full time study or has a full time job. Responsible, respectful, no pets, no smoking. You should be okay with a 3 month or 6 month lease. Also happy to do Month to month pending situation. There are move in/out fees for my building and security deposit.
