I’m looking for someone to join my lease/sublease starting December or earlier in Allston/Brighton (really Boston, I’m right off of Comm ave and three blocks from mass ave) for a 2 bed/2 bath lease!
The rent is $1650, not including heat/ac starting 12/1. (Price negotiable for smaller room!)
The apartment comes with a dishwasher, a pool, racquetball court, hardwood floors, in-unit laundry, 30 sec walk to the green line, patio and your own bathroom.
-Apartment is “fully furnished” with table but there is room for a small couch
-Bed and desk in room
-No pets please
