My roommate, Parnia and I are two NYC-loving friends in our 20s who are seeking a third roommate to join us in our Williamsburg apartment starting sometime in September, or October 1st.

A little about us:

I work in Tech, and work fully remotely. Parnia also works in Tech, and works in a hybrid work environment. Parnia and I both come from multicultural backgrounds and love exploring neighborhoods in NYC, trying out new restaurants, going to the movies, and hosting wholesome wine nights and dinner parties together. We enjoy spending time together but also respect each other's personal space and time. If you value kindness, friendship, cleanliness, and a positive atmosphere, we would love to learn more about you and have you as a potential third roommate.

Rent: 2416.67 gross and 2148.15 net/ month per person (One month free in May 2024)

Our apartment has three rooms, including the available room we are looking to fill with a new
roommate. Here are some details about the room:

Size: The room is spacious enough to comfortably fit a queen-sized bed and additional furniture.

Windows: The beautiful dome-shaped windows not only provide ample natural light but also add a unique aesthetic to the room.

Closet Space: The room comes with ample closet space, allowing you to organize your belongings conveniently.

Bathroom: We have a shared bathroom that is kept clean and well-maintained.

The cost of utilities will be split evenly among all roommates, including electricity and internet.
