Giulia A - $1,500/month

Hi I’m Giulia, I’m Brazilian and Italian, 20 years old and I am currently at the new school for communication design and urban studies. If everything goes to plan I will be starting my grad program in urban design at the new school next fall!

I am looking to find a clean and calm space to live. Due to having a Brazilian mother who would threaten to throw all my toys away if I didn’t clean up my room as a kid, I have grown to become a very clean person and always keep my things very tidy. I am very considerate of others and understand that the kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared spaces and I always clean up after myself to show respect to others. I am really chill and not often at the apartment since I spend most of the day at school and at work. I am also not the type to bring the party back home and do not smoke.
