Need someone to take my lease

I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease as I am moving closer to home for a job. The apartment listed above is ~4 blocks from College of the Desert and right in between 111 and Fred Waring. You will have your own room and bathroom with off street parking in a gated community with covered parking available. Internet and trash are included in the rent and we are not charged for water. You would have two roommates already with the price shown being your portion. Utilities are usually only ~100 a month. The living room and dining room are furnished, but you will need to bring your own furniture for the bedroom. Washer and dryer are including in the unit and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The owner of the property is friendly and very prompt on fixing issues and does not charge assuming you did not do damage to the property.

Kitchen has double sided island and ample cabinet space. Dishwasher, fridge, and stove/oven included in unit.

Living room has a couch and coffee table, but you will need your own tv to use the cable. WiFi is included in the rent and has very good connection and speeds. Can use a LAN cable for wired connection easily from the bedroom.

Garage has parking dir 2 cars with parking available behind the garage in the side road. Entire community is gated with on street and off street parking. Photos were too large to attach on the website. The apartment comes with a patio with trash included in the rent and we are not charged for water.

Bedroom is decently spacious with a lot of closet space. There are two closets with one in the room and one outside. I have a desk, dresser, and queen sized bed with room to move around. This room is across the house from the other two rooms upstairs and is nice and private.
