Hi Guys, I have a room for rent in Lower greenville. The home is one block over from all the dinning and bars. 8 mins from downtown, 8 mins from uptown, 8 minutes from Knox/Henderson, and 8 minutes to deep ellum. Great location. The home is three-story two bedroom two bath townhome with a two car garage and a rooftop deck with great downtown skyline views. The home is fully furnished with washer and dryer. You would only need to to furnish your room and bathroom. I am looking for a housemate that is respectful, clean, and can pay bills on time. Rent is due at the 1st of every month. I will cover electric, water, internet, etc, so all bills are included. I don’t mind male or female just no couples. I don’t have any pets in the home but would be willing to consider if you do. Tenant must be employed or if student have enough income to cover rent. I travel quite often for extended periods so I would like to have a house mate to watch over things while I am gone. About the roomies

I am a 26 Texas native. I work full time from home. My home office is in the third floor den next to my room, so I will be upstairs most of time. I also travel a lot for work, so it’s not uncommon to find me gone for extended periods of time. In my free time I enjoy golf, travel , and cooking .
