Late 30s black man and father of one teenage son. I’m originally from the Pacific Northwest. I’m an artist and creative that writes scripts, acts, and makes films. I’m a very ambitious person that’s focused on building wealth, building communities and creating opportunities. I’m a person that’s genuine and sincere, and won’t waste anyone’s time. Looking to rent a room between $600-$800 a month. This will be my first time living on the East Coast, so it’ll be a big and much needed change. I’ll try it out for a year and see how it goes.
