I head for bed around 9 or 10 and am up about 6 or 7 a.m. during the week sometimes as late as 9 am. on weekends.
Once in a while I will have a friend over for diner & or a movie, but its rare, i usually meet up outside the apartment.
Your room can be partially furnished if desired.

My dog is a small malti-shi, potty trained, (only outside) , obedience trained, hypoallergenic, sweet, chill, wears shoes outside, groomed, in good health, and I have a walker to take her potty when I am at work. Perfect for dog lover.
We are at our max pet allowance though, sorry no cats or dogs.
