Kareem A - $1,900/month

I'm a teacher and writer doing the New York thing, I work multiple jobs/long hours so I don't bring the party home, however I do occasionally hang out at bars and go out on weekends. I mostly care that my roommate pays bills and rent in a timely manner. Ideal place is a 2BR, 2Bath, with perhaps a balcony or yard. Most of the time at home I like to cook, otherwise I'm writing/editing, watching football or hanging with my dog, who is a very sweet, well-trained, 6 year old Siberian Husky.
