I’m pretty easygoing and respectful when it comes to living with someone. I like to keep the common areas clean and would want the apartment to feel comfortable and easy to live in for everyone. I enjoy going out and being social, but I’m also always down to hang out at home and watch a game, play video games, or just relax. At the same time, I’m big on giving people their own space and privacy.
I’m pretty active and like working out, so it would be great to have a roommate who might want to hit the gym or do something active together. I’m a big sports fan, especially basketball and football, and I enjoy both watching and playing. My work schedule can vary, but I’m respectful of noise and other people’s schedules. Overall, I’m looking for a roommate who is friendly, clean, respectful, and down to have a good balance of hanging out and doing our own thing.

Roommate Wanted – Vibrant LoDo Industrial Loft near Coors Field ($800/month)
Hey everyone! I’m a 24-year-old guy working full-time, and I’m looking for a roommate to take the second bedroom in my LoDo apartment, available immediately.
About the Apartment & Room:
The apartment is an industrial loft-style 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit with beautiful hardwood floors and an in-unit washer and dryer. The shared bathroom features two sinks, so we will each have our own sink space. The common area and kitchen are already mostly furnished and stocked with kitchenware and new TV, so you don't need to bring much for the shared spaces. The available room is an "urban bedroom" layout. It is offset from the main living area and doesn't have a traditional door, and a privacy screen or curtains can easily be used for the entrance, which is what many people in these units do. If you have a car and need parking, a spot is available for an additional $125 a month. Utility costs will be split.
About the Building Amenities:
The complex has some incredible amenities, including a fully equipped 24/7 fitness center and a Wifi lounge with pool tables. The highlight is the rooftop area, which has a fireplace, BBQ grills, a TV, tons of seating, and an amazing panoramic view of downtown Denver and the mountains.
About the Location:
You can’t beat this spot. It’s right in the heart of LoDo and just a short walk to Coors Field. The neighborhood is incredibly vibrant and packed with great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops close by.
About Me:
I work a full-time schedule. In my free time, I love watching and playing all kinds of sports, working out, and playing video games. I'm always down to grab a drink or head out into the neighborhood, but I'm also completely content just chilling at home. I’m super flexible when it comes to roommate dynamics—happy to do our own thing or hang out and do stuff together. I am OK with a pet though there is a $35 monthly fee and a $300 refundable deposit.
If this sounds like a good fit for you, shoot me a message with a little bit about yourself, your routine, and what you’re looking for in a living situation! Link to the apartment complex, Premier Lofts: https://premierloftsdenver.com
