First off, for long term rentals over 1 month the renter must be at least 40 years old.
I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath + Den home with one of the rooms available for rent.
The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, night stands, chest of drawers, desk, lamps, Smart TV., and a walk in closet. The rental includes exclusive use of your own bathroom/shower.
Also included is use of the rest of the home such as full kitchen with microwave, air fryer, gas range and oven, fridge, and all utensils kitchen items.
As a resident you also get access to the community pool, hot tub, gym, and putting green.
