The house is located in east meadow, NY, and each of us would be paying $900 a month. It’s a newly renovated house and it’s super pretty, and we’d be looking to move in for the upcoming semester (moving in in August would be ideal). We have a cat and two people will have to share a room, but the rooms are really big so it shouldn’t be a problem :)
